Joseph Valente was expelled from school at fifteen. He built his career from nothing more than a van and a plumbing apprenticeship, then fought his way from there to a billionaire boardroom, winning BBC's The Apprentice along the way.
Started out on the tools as a plumbing apprentice with nothing but graft and ambition.
Won BBC's The Apprentice and secured a quarter-million-pound investment from Lord Sugar, the first tradesperson ever to do so.
Built the business into the UK's largest independent boiler installation company, 150+ employees strong.
Founded a training academy that grew into one of the world's largest coaching platforms for trade and construction business owners.
Launched Valente Consulting to bring that same proven blueprint to ambitious business owners, from £100k to multi-million pound turnover.
